Nepal Information

Dear my friends- After two hrs. delay of domestic airlines I have landed in Pokhara. Pokhara is really beautiful and clean. Pokhara is much clean than kathmandu. I love pokhara because it is decorated by white Mt. Fishtail and refelactor lake Fhewa. When I landed in beautiful city pokhara I dicrectly entert in comfort hotel which is run by my friend and every thing are comfort in that hotel. If I informed to all my friends who are doing business in Pokhara of tourisim. I had to visit to them and they call me to stay in their hotel and I had to join dinner with them so to relax and for me personal business trip I haven’t informed to them and I won’t to meet to them because this my trip for business and I had to meet to some Germans  and  do agreement with hotel where I have to send my  valued guest to them.

After my dinner i am uploading this blog so please if any mistake in writing in English excuse me beacuse you are my friend.

Today when I was coming from home to office it was quite late cause of Saturday. As you know Saturday is public holiday in and all my friends (of village) they use holidays with their family in home. Just 2 minutes driving down from my home to office there is junction (Meeting and center point of village) I was stopped by my friends. I had to stop for while and got a cup of tea in local tea shop.  One of my friends talked me regarding volunteer teacher for our community school. Until last year we had foreigner volunteer but this year we don’t have anyone.  When I entered in tourism business in my life I have been looking foreigners who want to work in school as volunteer. In this way I am helping to our community school which is run by public trust. That my friend said me why didn’t you search volunteer to school nowadays? Then one thought has rose in my mind that is writing in my blog and may some of my friends can visit this site

 Actually keeping or arranging volunteer in school isn’t our business this is just pure a part of social work. So I am writing today regarding: Those foreigners who want to be a volunteer teacher of community school in Kathmandu Valley. Hope my friends and visitor of this site will think about our request. Thank you so much.

Information of School for Volunteers

• Location of School:  Southern side of Kathmandu valley and just 17 Km from centre of Katmandu city. School is on the lap or green hill, no pollution, typical village of Nepal .
• Number of student: 135 students included boys and girls.
• Age of students: 5 years up to 14 years old.
• Caste of student: Different caste (Bramhen, Newar, Maga, Chettri,    Tamang, Rai, Danwar etc) 
•  Teaching Subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Geography and Sports Off Days: Every Friday is half - holidays & Saturday is full holiday. ( in these holidays volunteers are free).
• School Hour: 9.45 AM to 4.00pm (12.30 to 1.30 Lunch Time.)
• Food:  Menu of food Rice, veg. curry, dal (pulse) and pickle (Achar) . Twice a day . ( Above food are typical Nepalese food.
• Period of job 5 months in a year. (According to Government rule)

In it is very hard to run tourism business as we thought. We are very sincere about our clients who are making tour through us. But because of Cosmic air today many tour operators like us are getting complains from our valued guest.

 Those passengers who are using the Cosmic air in please contact to your travel agency because The Cosmic air has cancelled today (18^th Nov 2005) all domestic sector operation of . The reason of cancellation is lack of fuel. Nepal Oil Corporation denied to fueling them. According to news paper Cosmic air had to pay big amount of fuel to the Nepal Oil Corporation. Lets hope the problem between Nepal Oil Corporation and Cosmic Air may solve soon.

 Nowadays when I ride my old motorbike home to office to home I don’t need to have lunch or dinner because During 90 minutes driving bike I will be full of dust inside of my body and outside. Since One month Nepal Tele Communication has been digging the road of my village to put their cable under ground. They almost finish their project but they haven’t maintained dug road.  More than 5000 native peoples are affected from dust. Till now Nepal  Communication hasn’t paid and attention about this problem. If it happened in developed countries like Europe,USA, Japan etc what the Government will take action? But we are poor Nepalese……….

 Today the weather is very nice and white mountain is seen from kathmandu especially Patan. Patan is south side from central of Kthmandu and most white mountain are located in northn side of Nepal so those people who  like to see beautiful Himalaya don’t miss to see. T
